The Cinema Official Awards (COA) are dedicated to recognizing, celebrating, and honoring excellence in cinematic talent across the world. These distinctions are aimed at actors, directors, technicians, producers, and other creators working in the audiovisual domain.
Any creator (actor, director, screenwriter, composer, editor, technician, producer, etc.) whose audiovisual work has been published or publicly screened at least once is eligible to submit their application.
Participants must mandatorily have a registered profile on the Cinema Official platform.

Participation is open to candidates from all countries worldwide.
Local Representatives: Each country may have designated representatives for the selection and identification of local talents.

The number of nominees per country and per category will be determined by the organizer.
Accepted Works: Films, series, documentaries, animations, short films, experimental works, music videos.
Legislation: All productions must strictly comply with local and international laws regarding copyright and intellectual property.

Special Prizes (Non-Competitive): Honorary distinctions awarded to recognized talents without going through the competition process (see section 5).
(Note: Other categories may be added or modified depending on the evolution of the festival and the submissions received.)
Registered profiles on Cinema Official may be automatically pre-selected for certain categories, based on their activity and documented achievements on the platform.
Participants may also voluntarily submit their application to be nominated in one or more categories.
Special prizes do not require voting or competition. Candidates interested in a direct distinction may submit their request.
Our team will verify eligibility by taking into account the candidate's reputation and career background.
Minimum: One (1) nominee per country.
Maximum: Five (5) nominees per country, who will then represent their country in the global competition.
The final result is a weighted combination:
Professional Jury: 60% of the final result.
Public Votes: 40% of the final result (via the global platform).
Jury Composition: Six (6) members, recognized professionals in the sector, with each juror's score counting for 10% of the final total (i.e., $6 \times 10\% = 60\%$).
Votes are centralized on a secure platform, accessible worldwide.
Cost per vote: The equivalent of approximately 0,35 USD, converted according to the voter's local currency.
Every vote is recorded and verifiable by a unique identifier (Unique ID).
The final results will be announced following validation and authentication by the Jury.
These distinctions aim to honor talents whose career and reputation justify direct recognition, without going through public competition.
Validation is based on a system for evaluating the candidate's career and reputation by the COA team.
Modalities: A trophy will be awarded by mail or during an official event (online or in-person).
These distinctions actively contribute to the international visibility of the recipient.
Trophies are shipped to international winners.
Delivery is secure and includes a tracking number.
If conditions allow, the official ceremony may take place online to ensure the participation of all international award recipients.
Winners agree to appear in the official COA promotional videos and publications.
Any attempt at fraud, vote manipulation, or circumvention of the rules will result in the immediate disqualification of the candidate and their work.
Public Support: All nominated candidates are encouraged to mobilize the support of their public to ensure a dynamic and valid competition. The value of the trophy lies in the competition.
Participants guarantee that they are the legitimate owners or hold the rights to use and submit their works.
By participating, you authorize the use of your name, profile, and image for the promotion and communication of the Cinema Official Awards.
Modifications: The organizers reserve the right to modify the categories, modalities, or timeline according to the needs of the event, without prior notice.

Is my old work eligible?
The COA honors timeless quality and excellence. Yes, any audiovisual work that has been published or publicly screened at least once is eligible. This is the perfect opportunity to bring renewed momentum and global visibility to a project that deserves it.
My Cinema Official profile is not yet complete. Can I still participate?
Absolutely. The important thing is that your work is registered. The selection committee will evaluate the work itself. As soon as you confirm your application, our team will assist you in finalizing your profile to ensure an optimal presentation to the jury and the public.
Can I submit the same work in multiple categories?
Yes! To maximize your chances of recognition and a trophy, you are authorized to submit the same work in a maximum of two (2) different categories (if it meets the criteria). This doubles your potential for nomination and impact.
What is a Special Prize (Honorary Distinction)?
It is a Career Accelerator. This distinction is designed for professionals with a remarkable track record who are seeking immediate international recognition without going through public competition and voting.
How much does an Honorary Distinction cost?
This distinction is custom-made. The associated fees cover the in-depth audit and validation of your career by our committee, the production of a high-quality personalized trophy, and, most importantly, the immediate amplification of your new status. The cost is determined individually after reviewing your file.
If I don't win, will my image still be used?
Yes, and this is a major advantage! The status of Nominee, or COA Laureate, is a permanent distinction. You are authorized to use this title on all your communication materials for the rest of your career, giving you a promotional asset for life.
Who pays the delivery or customs fees for the trophy?
We cover standard shipping costs. However, for international customs, we ask for a minimal symbolic contribution to ensure that your valuable distinction arrives quickly and smoothly, wherever you are in the world.
